Chi Kinetics is a system of exercise that I have developed after studying sports medicine, psychology, health, meditation, dance and different forms of exercise for the past 30 years. It is reminiscent of Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga. Chi Kinetics is a flowing, meditative exercise form with a focus on how proper breathing is used to create different movement patterns.
